We have built a team by looking for people with real potential, rather than experience, and have a very flexible working model to allow for working parents and other priorities. We are proactive in spending time together outside the office, and recruitment is done by the whole team, ensuring that the team dynamic continues to work. we encourage mentoring both internally and by our clients, and are known in our industry for the value we bring to team working, whatever the project.

We work hard to pinpoint and acknowledge each other’s strengths, using psychometric testing as well as building personal relationships to develop potential skills and exploit known ones. We have a flexible structure, for the most part working as a team under whoever is best able to lead a particular project. We deal with our clients by appointing key account managers, and work across teams to provide the best possible support for the client. We make sure that we spend time together out of the office on a regular basis, and tackle issues openly and honestly, supporting each staff member without losing focus on what is important to our clients.

We aim to be the “go-to” marketing company for oil and gas, renewable energy, marine and other technology rich industries worldwide, operating from a local base here on the Isle of Wight, and using local business expertise. Our ethos is to build a local, flexible working environment but with a wide-reaching clientele, developing organically over the next 5 years to attract new clients across our key industries. This will involve training and mentoring new staff sourced locally, providing flexible and exciting employment opportunities.
